Regret and disappointment The real repentance is not a regret that emerges from the retraction of a performed action, but in the understanding of such action; it's real penitence is change. All change is suffered, and through change evolution thrives. Knowledge has never been available to us in the walking corpse perspective, or under the effect of being in an asleep state of awareness. This somnolent perspective is synchronized with the personalities activated by diverse situations. From such a state we regret for the mistakes we've done, for we feel powerless of committing such actions. This negative perspective reduces the serotonin production, unbalancing our emotional cicle, ergo, creating the feeling of frustration at a mental level .
